July 4th 1776, “Fifty-six men pledged their lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor.” Refusing to bow to ridiculous mandates by the King of England, their signatures affirmed their willingness to fight for the values and principles which compelled them to move to this great land. As a full time law enforcement officer, I believe in being tough on crime. As a Major and Pilot in the Army National Guard with 19 years of military leadership experience, I believe in a strong military defense and secure borders. Having a Masters Degree in teaching and certifying as a teacher in 1997; I believe in our children, teachers and excellence in education. As a God fearing, Bible believing licensed minister I stand for “One Nation under God!” I am 100% Pro Life and would eagerly sponsor and support a marriage amendment. As a fellow American consumer, I believe in free enterprise, using our own natural resources, such as ANWR; and reducing bureaucracy that stifles the production of more refineries that would bring down fuel prices. I believe in fiscal responsibility, reducing the national debt and a balanced budget. As a graduate of Central Washington University’s Paramedic program, who’s worked in the medical field, I believe in excellent, affordable health care; meeting the needs of our elderly and saving social security. For decades America has looked to the Republican Party for strong conservative leadership. Now is the time to say to American voters, “We are the Republican Party! There are lines we will not cross, agendas we will not tolerate and there are values worth fighting for.” As Dr. King said, “Vanity asks,…is it popular? Conscience asks,…is it right?” Like the five brave men on flight 93, join me now as I stand up and step forward to make a positive difference! |
